When we started Fable Install Co., Ethan and I wanted to do something different - we wanted to be kinder than the industry, and to recognize that everyone in it is just somebody with their own lives.

 

Family is our top value because of this - we don't ever want our technicians to feel held back because of their family situations.

Reliability is our next core value, because if I've said it once, I've said it a hundred times - nobody cares about how good your work is if you can't show up on time and deliver what you said you would.

Quality completes the trio - because if you aren't going to do a good job, is it even worth doing?

In the past few years, we've come a long way, and it wasn't easy. But we remember every bit of it, and we wanted that to be reflected in how we do business today - with compassion for others and straight-forward honesty.
